SR Camera is operated by Southeast Renovations, LLC. It helps organizations capture, organize and retrieve job photos. This notice covers the Android app and SR Camera web workspace. Contact ehudtyler@southeastrenovations.net about privacy or security.
Information we process
We process your sign-in email, account identifier, display name and profile image supplied by Google; organization membership, invitations and access requests; customer contact and project details entered by your team; photos, notes, annotations, tags and capture metadata. Metadata can include capture time, device/camera details and photo location when available. Imported images can contain existing location metadata.
Our infrastructure providers also process technical logs, IP addresses and request information to deliver and protect the service. We do not include advertising or sell personal information.
Camera, location and phone storage
The app asks for camera access to capture photos. Location permission is optional and is used for photo location and nearby-project features; we do not intentionally track your background movements. Captures are stored in the app’s private storage, then uploaded for your organization. We do not automatically add captured photos to Gallery or Google Photos. Importing a library photo does not delete the source. Photos you explicitly download, share or export can be saved outside the app.
Where data goes and who can access it
Supabase provides authentication, project metadata and private upload/preview storage. Google provides sign-in and connected Google Drive storage. When an organization administrator connects Google Drive, app-managed job folders and originals are stored in that account. Administrators can separately authorize Gmail send-only access to send team invitation emails. SR Camera does not use that permission to read their mailbox.
Employees have organization project access; subcontractors are restricted to assigned jobs. Organization administrators manage access. Files in Google Drive are also governed by that Drive account’s permissions. Authorized support and infrastructure providers may process data to operate, secure or troubleshoot the service. The web frontend is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting providers. CRM data is used when your organization imports it or enables a supported integration. Current CRM support does not imply that every CRM receives photo uploads.
Security and browser storage
Connections use HTTPS. Access rules are enforced by the backend, and provider credentials are encrypted on the server. Mobile sign-in secrets use operating-system protected storage. Owner and administrator accounts require two-step verification. Local photos are protected by the app sandbox and device encryption; they do not currently use a separate SR Camera content-encryption key. The browser uses session storage for sign-in and local storage for appearance preferences. The web app does not intentionally keep an offline photo cache; downloaded files remain on your computer. No system can guarantee immunity from unauthorized access, and this service is not end-to-end encrypted.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Project data remains available while your organization uses the service unless deletion is requested and processed. You can export originals, revoke permissions in your device settings, disconnect supported integrations, sign out devices, or request account and personal-data deletion. Company job records and Drive files are not automatically erased when an employee leaves. We review organization ownership, legal retention obligations and other people’s rights before deleting shared records. Limited security or legally required records may need to be retained; we will explain any applicable exception when responding. Recovery copies are used for service recovery and testing, not ordinary account access. Deletion reviews address these copies separately and explain any necessary retention and its period.
Request account deletion. We verify requests to protect your account and explain the scope and expected timing. Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, restriction or a copy of your personal information through the same contact.
Children and changes
SR Camera is intended for adults using it for work, not children. Do not knowingly submit children’s personal information without appropriate authority. We update this notice when practices change and show the effective date here.
